We have taken the time to setup this page in tribute to Barry Watkinson, who sadly passed away with his wife Elaine at his side on the 14th October 2020.
We invite you to share with us your messages, memories and thoughts on this page. If you would like to; instead of buying flowers Barry's family has requested that you make a donation in Barry's memory to Prostate Cancer UK, which you can do by clicking on the 'Donate' link in purple on the right hand side of this page.
The funeral to celebrate Barry's life will be held in Kettering on 4th November 2020. We are sad to say that due to the ongoing pandemic we are unable to invite everyone that we would have hoped could have joined us. We know this is difficult, but we hope to arrange a celebration of Barry's life with you all, some time next year when it is safe to do so and the restrictions have been lifted.
Barry was a much loved husband to Elaine, brother to Richard, Uncle and dear friend to many. He enjoyed keeping busy in the garden and in his allotment, growing various fabulous vegetables for his family and friends. He also enjoyed his many adventures with his wife Elaine, going on holiday, enjoying time together, dancing and sharing many laughs.
We all have our own stories and experiences to share, we would love to hear some of these so we can remember Barry together and smile in memory of him. I think we can all agree Barry was kind, loving and had a fantastic sense of humour.
Thank you all in advance for your kind words and donations.
With love,
Elaine and family xx
